Hi Ladies & Gents,
With this note we would like to say a very big & sincere thanks to you and your team at Jet Pets for the safe and comfortable transportation of our beloved Marley to Austria. I picked Marley up from the airport in Munich yesterday and he was in superb form, which I think is a testament to how well he was taken care of in the transportation process. So thank-you very, very much!
In fact throughout the entire process, from our very first interaction with you Danielle, through the quotation & preparation process, through to the calls in advance of Marley’s pick up from our home, to the pick-up itself, to the emails we received just prior to Marley flying, through to the guidance as to where to pick him up in Munich and the hand-over/ pick-up process yesterday (and everything in between that I have not referred to!) … its been so easy, smooth, pleasant, professional and hassle-free for us (and Marley). Our experience with you guys (Jet Pets and Gradlyn) has been superb and we are very grateful.
We wish you all the very best and will without hesitation use you again if the need arises, as well as recommend you to anyone we know in the future moving pets.

Thank you all SO much for your super friendly and professional assistance throughout this entire process during these past months. It was a very emotional and stressful time for us and we are so grateful for always being able to count on you. No matter the time of day or the number of questions, you were always available and promptly responded and guided us through it all.
Thank you so much for your hard work and especially for caring about our Lilly’s safety and well-being. We are so thankful she is safe and sound.
It was a very exhausting experience for her and we will keep a close eye on her and gradually introduce her to her new life and surroundings in Frankfurt. She is doing well so far and we even managed to take her on her first short train trip from our apartment to the river for a little stroll in the sun :-)

Golden retriever moves to China
Dear Mr Ahmad,
The first time I met Charly was in the Summer of 2013, in a small village called kleine Schweinbach (near East border of Germany). He was such a lovely sunny baby that I loved him at the first sight.
After I went back to China and work here, I planned to reunit with Charly in Guangzhou. It took me a lot of time to find out that it was impossible to finish this tranportation by myself due to the complicated regulations of Chinese customs. After lots of research on google, I found GRADLYN, the only possible company in Germany which can handle this problem for me. However, after inquiring Mr. Atif in GRADLYN of the transportation, another problem came out— the tranportation fee was quite expensive if I transportate Charly from Frankfurt am Main to Guangzhou directly. At that moment, there was no other choice, and I thought I would never meet Charly again. Thanks a lot for the help of my friend Mingzhu, she told me that she could take care of Charly until I am able to transport him. And Thanks a million for Mr. Atif, after four months’ waiting, he gave me a great news at the beginning of 2018 that GRADLYN was able to transport the dog to Guangzhou and the fee was largely reduced to the amount that I can afford. During the preparation procedures of tranportation, I wrote almost over 20 emails and even much more questions inquiring Mr. Atif of the transportation as well as related information. He was so nice and patient, and helped me a lot in the whole time. I am really grateful for his considerate and attentive work!! He and GRADLYN helped making my dream come true, words cannot describe how much I appreciate their circumspect work and help!! GRADLYN is really a trustful company which can transport pet worldwide with safe and considerate service.
I will continue to choose its service if I need to transport my dog again!Best regards,
